Another week in the world of Xbox is done and dusted. Join us as we take a look back at the best Xbox One and Xbox 360 news, reviews and videos from the 13th-19th Sept 2015.

There’s a fair old bit in place but we reckon the following are the ones you shouldn’t miss…

Mad Max Review

We start the week with our biggest review of the week. Do you fancy visiting the wastelands with Mad Max?

Max is a man who has lost everything and in Avalanche Studio and Warners Bros’s latest open world romp, you’ll have to help him rediscover it all! A full on gritty, merciless world, you’ll discover enemy camps, strange loners and warlords who will attempt at stopping max from uncovering loot and vehicle parts. Staying alive is just the start of it.

With beautiful visuals and much of the gameplay vehicular based, surely nothing else can go wrong for Max? Our review tells it like it is!

Telltale Games and Mojang reveal release date for Minecraft: Story Mode – A Telltale Games Series

When you bring together two of the world’s finest videogame brands, the outcome should be rather spectacular.

Whilst we can’t for one minute pretend we know how good the Telltale Games interpretation of the Minecraft story will be, what we do know is that come release date, the combining of Telltale’s story telling expertise and Mojangs huge Minecraft world will surely bring us something pretty special.

And thankfully, thanks to the news released this week, we now know exactly when it is coming!

Tomb Raider Definitive Edition now free on Xbox One via Xbox Games With Gold

Free stuff eh? We’re never one to turn it down, and when the free stuff comes along in the form of a stunning game, then we’re right there.

The Xbox Games With Gold scheme has stripped Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition of its price tag, ensuring that all Xbox One Gold members can download a must have title for absolutely nothing. Even if you originally played it on Xbox 360, or had previously bought and played it on Xbox One, what is there to stop you from downloading Lara’s rebooted quest once more?

Nothing, that’s what! Except maybe the precious storage space it takes up!

Xbox 360 gets a system update. Brings with it 2GB of cloud storage!

Talking of storage space, this last week has seen Xbox 360 owners rewarded for years of patience. Whilst the old girl sometimes gets left behind with the excitement and hype that constantly surrounds Xbox One, the 360 has this week been treated to a bit of an upgrade. The latest system update has brought, amongst a few other bits and bobs, a huge increase in the size of cloud storage available.

Make sure you make the most of it!

FIFA 16 demo thoughts from a FIFA fanatic

We end the week by pointing you towards our thoughts on the latest FIFA. Whilst the game isn’t quite out as this is typed (it may well be by the time you read this though), we got our specialist FIFA fan/resident/fanboy onto the case. After play FIFA for many a year, and spending the vast majority of his waking seconds whoring the scene over on FIFA 15, do EA bring James exactly what he wanted with FIFA 16? Have a read of his thoughts and let him know!

That’s it for this week. Anything we missed? Let us know in the comments below.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
