Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion announced for Xbox One, PS4, Switch and PC Spring 2018 release

-

Ready to head off on another adventure with Finn, Jake and friends? Adventure Time is back and this time round we’ll be taking on the Pirates of the Enchiridion.

Coming to Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC in Spring 2018, Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion will see us playing once more as Finn, Jake, Marceline and BMO as we get the chance to explore fan favourite kingdoms and meet some of the most well-loved characters from Cartoon Network’s animation series.

When the rising flood waters hit the Land of Ooo cutting off familiar kingdoms, it is up to Finn and Jake to set sail in a newly constructed boat to investigate what has happened. You’ll be found traversing the dangerous seas to locations across the Land of Ooo finding new friends, jumping into swashbuckling fights and interrogating characters!

Features will include:

  • Open world exploration
  • 3D visuals that match the art-style of the show
  • Playable fan favourite characters: Finn, Jake, BMO, and Marceline
  • An original Adventure Time story
  • Tactical combat
  • Hero progression
  • Pirates – “Shiver me timbers!”

Whilst a new game is great, the fact that Outright Games are getting the community involved in their creation is an even bigger deal. Beginning 15th December, 2017, Outright Games will hold a Name Our Boat competition to find a suitable moniker for Finn and Jake’s newly constructed vessel. #McBoatface, anyone? Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion from Climax Studios and Bandai Namco will hit Xbox One, PS4, Switch and PC in the Spring. We’ll keep you fully up-to-date on its progress.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
