Another new Variety Song Pack hits Rocksmith – and it’s quite possibly the best yet!

-

They say that variety is the spice of life – if that is true than Rocksmith players the world over will be overjoyed yet again as they witness the arrival of another Variety Song Pack in to the game. This time round though, the bundle of tunes arriving are quite possibly the best yet.

The Variety Song Pack XVIII (Yes, that’s 18!), is now available for Rocksmith 2014 Edition and Rocksmith Remastered players to jump in and enjoy. Delivering 4 tunes of the very highest quality – seriously, you won’t get much better than this – this pack does exactly as it says on the tin, mixing together multiple artists in one easy to handle, rather delightful little pack. Included are all of the following:

  • Beastie Boys – Gratitude
  • The Beach Boys – Surfin’ Safari
  • The Outlaws – Green Grass & High Tides
  • blink-182 – Stay Together For The Kids

As always, you’ll find that this 4-pack of tunes is available for purchase and download right now for £7.99. Of course, purchasing the full pack outright is the best way of enjoying the likes of the brilliant Beastie Boys, the stunning tunes of The Beach Boys or the madness of blink-182, but should you feel that just the one tune is the way to go, then you’ll just be asked to fork out £2.39 for the privilege.

No matter whether you are jamming away with Rocksmith Remastered on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 or PC, or are still using the older 2014 Edition to ensure you become a master axe grinder matters little, for Rocksmith is a brilliant guitar tutor that promises to have you playing guitar in just a few short hours. if you wish to know more about the game then it’s always worth checking out our full review.

Once you have, head on down to the comments section and let us know if you’ll be picking up the Rocksmith Variety Song Pack XVIII or not. We’d love to hear from you.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
