Ubisoft are back with more Assassins and the first of a trilogy of stories will launch itself onto our consoles in April 2015.

The Assassin’s Creed Chronicles trilogy, will see players visit China, India and Russia, as we get the chance to follow the story of three cult Assassins.

The first chronicle, will whisk us away to China and will be released as a digital download on Xbox One, PS4 and PC on April 22nd.  That will swiftly be followed by Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India and Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia.

Taking on the role of legendary Assassins, including Shao Jun from the animated short Assassin’s Creed Embers and then Arbaaz Mir and Nikolaï Orelov from the Assassin’s Creed graphic novels, you’ll be assassinating, mastering parkour and taking leaps of faith in 2.5D. Developed by Climax Studios, Chronicles will take you on a journey to three distinct civilisations and time periods including the Ming dynasty at the start of its downfall, the Sikh Empire as it prepares for war in India and the aftermath of the Red October revolution. Each Chronicle will stand on its own with a unique setting, art style, story and Assassin, but all will be tied together narratively.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
