Bandai Namco announce E3 2017 line-up

The briefings are in full swing and the show is due to start. Seems like a decent time for Bandai Namco to reveal their full product line-up for E3 2017!

If you’re attending the show in Los Angeles between the 13th-15th June 2017, and fancy a bit of hands-on action with some of the biggest Bandai Namco products of the year, then you may be interested to see what they’ve got in store for you. In amongst the numerous hands-on demos and feature presentations will be the following games, all of which should be vying for your time, enjoy and commitment.

Will you be looking to check out any of the following? If you are, then you could do worse than hit up Bandai at booth 1647 in the South Hall.

ACE COMBAT® 7: SKIES UNKNOWN (Aerial Combat Action game for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC) – Available 2018

Developed by BANDAI NAMCO Studios’ in-house Project Aces team based in Tokyo, Japan and utilising Unreal Engine® 4, ACE COMBAT 7: SKIES UNKNOWN applies the latest evolution of its famed flight combat gameplay with the power of the latest generation of gaming consoles and PCs to create immersive aerial battlefields. ACE COMBAT 7: SKIES UNKNOWN will provide an arsenal of ultra-modern and near-future super weapons for players to deploy, while presenting formidable enemies for pilots to vanquish in the air. ACE COMBAT 7: SKIES UNKNOWN will take players back into the highly regarded Strangereal universe and marks the return of Sunao Katabuchi as the lead writer behind the fictional storyline that players will experience in the game. Previously, Katabuchi-san wrote the storylines for both Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies and Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War.

DRAGON BALL® FighterZ (Fighting Game for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC) – Available early 2018

Why doesnt xbox get games like Ni no Kuni? So aggravating

Vastly over-rated game in my opinion… people went bat-shit crazy over it because Ghibli did the animation. Whilst the animated bits were pretty good (and Mr Drippy was brilliant), the rest of the game became a chore after about 20 hours. Too much grinding and luck to get the familiars you wanted, most of them had rubbish moves and you were better of sticking with your first one. There was some incredibly irritating dialogue too – how many times can you listen to some snotty kid shouting ‘Neato!’ before you want to commit murder LOL. Anyway, suffice to say I was disappointed and sold it before bothering to complete it 😉

However you’re right… it should be on Xbox too for those that want to experience it. Wish the FFX remasters were available on the Xbox too. RPG’s are definitely a little under-represented…
