The first time Assassin’s Creed Rogue was released it was hugely overshadowed by the step into the next generation of gaming and by it’s utterly brilliant cousin, Assassin’s Creed Unity. But you can never put a rogue down and today we see Ubisoft delivering the goods once more with a fully remastered edition.
Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered has been created by the original studio behind the initial game, promising a more beautiful and immersive gaming experience than before.
Heading off to 18th-century North America, Rogue Remastered will let you take in the adventures of Shay Patrick Cormac, just this time in stunning 4K on Xbox One X and PS4 Pro, and 1080p on standard Xbox One and PS4. You should be expecting higher resolution, improved environment rendering, and visual effects and textures as standard.
As a fearless young member of the Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, one who has undergone a dark transformation from Assassin to a grim and committed Templar who hunts down his former brothers, Rogue Remastered will send you on a journey which will take in the stunning New York City, the Wild River Valley and the icy cold waters of the North Atlantic.
But what’s more, AC Rogue Remastered won’t just include the base game and you’ll find that all of the downloadable content from the original game (The Armor of Sir Gunn Quest and The Siege of Fort de Sable), as well as the Master Templar and Explorer packs will be available. These will contain weapons, customisation items and special outfits, including Bayek’s legacy outfit from Assassin’s Creed Origins.
