Attention pinball wizards! Today we’re excited to reveal not only the tables available at launch, but also how the cross-platform feature will work in Pinball FX3.
Zen Studios confirmed that Leaderboards, Matchups and Tournaments are all cross-platform enabled; with Xbox One sharing a community with Windows 10 and Steam players, whilst those on the PlayStation Network will only be cross-platform enabled with Steam. The option to restrict the experience to just the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 platforms is also available, should you wish to do so.
The most important aspect of Pinball FX3 is surely in regards to the plethora of tables that’ll be a part of its library. Not all Pinball FX2 tables will be available, but those which are can be imported for free as long as you already own them. Why not just play them on Pinball FX2? Simply because Zen have spent a massive amount of time updating the tables for Pinball FX3 in order to provide them with updated graphics, dynamic lighting updates, new modes of play and other exciting features.
