It’s the middle of August and therefore it’s time for a new Xbox Games With Gold title to be given away for free….and believe us, you won’t want to miss Dishonored.

A first person action game, you’ll get to experience supernatural ways whilst pursuing enemies under the cover of darkness. A rating of 88 on Metacritic seems to point to the fact you should get downloading right now.

Game Description:

Dishonored is an immersive first-person action game that casts you as a supernatural assassin driven by revenge. With Dishonored’s flexible combat system, creatively eliminate your targets as you combine the supernatural abilities, weapons and unusual gadgets at your disposal. Pursue your enemies under the cover of darkness or ruthlessly attack them head on with weapons drawn. The outcome of each mission plays out based on the choices you make.

Dishonored is usually £14.99 but can be picked up right now (and until the end of August) for the paltry sum of nothing. You’ll have to be an Xbox Live Gold member in order to nab the freeness though. Hop over to the Xbox Games Store or get downloading on your Xbox 360 right now.

Xbox One owners still have Crimson Dragon and Strike Suit Zero: Directors Cut to feast on for free as we detailed in our August Games With Gold post.

About The Author
Neil Watton (neil363)
An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One. A massive racing fan, Forza 4 was the daddy of all Xbox titles but Forza Horizon 3 now trumps that. Online first person shooters are my hell....probably because my reactions are so poor, but give me a little Indie title and I'll be in heaven. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
