If you’re interested in the big screen as much as the videogaming world, then you would know that How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World is currently tearing up the movie world. Bandai Namco and Outright Games are trying to replicate that success, seeing Dreamworks Dragons Dawn of New Riders accompany the film by delivering a dragon-based adventure to Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC players.
Available to purchase and download right now on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC, Dreamworks Dragons Dawn of New Riders is attempting to bring the appeal of How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World into the gaming scene, with an all-new adventure that introduces us to two new heroes – Scribbler (a scholar who can’t remember a thing) and the delightful Patch (a unique breed of dragon).
It is these guys who will be found heading into an epic battle to save the dragons, taking down the evil Eir in the process. This will be done by visiting both new and familiar locations, interacting with some fan favourite characters, battleing some fearsome foes, and partaking in what promises to be a hugely fun, seriously fiery action adventure.
Priced up at £34.99 from the Xbox Store (with other formats running roughly along the same lines), Dreamworks Dragons Dawn of New Riders promises to take gamers both young and old on a journey of friendship and lost memories, letting players unlock new abilities, visit multiple locales and spend time solving puzzles together in the ultimate dragon-fuelled adventure.
