Dusk Shadow and Copper Shadow Special Edition Xbox One controllers detailed

xbox one dusk controllers

We love a controller or two and the latest offerings from Microsoft are rather glorious to say the least!

The Xbox One wireless controller has always been a joy to use but we will soon be able to get our hands on a couple of Special Edition versions that will no doubt light up your life. The Dusk Shadow and Copper Shadow controllers look pretty damn stunning.

Not content with the military inspired series, or the brilliant Lunar White or Forza versions, the latest controllers feature a lovely faded colour gradient finish, with the Dusk Shadow seeing the hue change from blue to black and the Copper Shadow running between copper and black. Both come fully equipped with the usual Xbox One wireless controller features including the new 3.5mm stereo headset jack.

You can pre-order the controllers now for $69.99 with them appearing in your hands later this month in the US, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Argentine, with other regions in April. If the GAME listing is anything to go buy, that’ll be the 19th April with a £54.99 price tag.

Stunning ain’t the word!

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.

They are gorgeous. But $70 for a controller? Not when there’s a ton of games to buy this spring!

Certainly are aren’t they! £55 over here which is kind of standard for this thing. I’m happy to pay that if need be.
