A decent dungeon crawler will always go down well and today Korgan drops into the lives of gamers. But what makes this different? Well, the episodic nature is obviously something a little different to the norm, but so is the opportunity to take in Korgan for free.
Yep, that’s right, Korgan is free to download right now on Xbox One. Bringing the prologue and Multiplayer options for nothing is a good move, because once you are drawn in to its wonderful world, chances are you won’t want to let go.
And that in turn will no doubt ensure that many go down the route of purchasing The Shadow Legion – a paid for expansion which brings a new campaign, new enemies, further items and plenty of bosses.
With the chance to switch between three characters at will, ensuring you get to check out the Warrior, Mage and Hunter options, and various multiplayer modes all in place, if you fancy a bit of dungeon crawling on the cheap, then Korgan may well suffice.
Unfortunately you’ll need to be in the North American region in order to enjoy Korgan, as for now that is where we see the launch limited to, but if you do reside in that part of the world then get yourself over to the Microsoft Store right now. The free prologue can be grabbed right here, whilst The Shadow Legion will set you back $19.99. Expect to find further episodes releasing later down the line.

Korgan is an episodic dungeon-crawler game. While playing the story mode you can switch your character in real time to face different kind of enemies or obstacles.
