It’s not often we get to play as a rat – well, not a real rat – but that’s exactly what we’ll be doing in Ethan: Meteor Hunter on Xbox One.

Available to download for £7.99 (or for a limited time, £7.19 if you hold an Xbox Live Gold subscription) on Xbox One is Ethan: Meteor Hunter. Mixing Super Meat Boy with Braid, Ethan will have us freezing time, manipulating the world and powering through more than 50 puzzle filled levels in the fastest time possible. With numerous hazards in the way and some precision platforming required, you may find a fairly high level of frustration throughout your playthroughs of Ethan: Meteor Hunter…but Seaven Studio promise that we’ll never become too frustrated!

Whether that promise comes true though is anyone’s guess but you’ll only find out by visiting the Xbox One Games Store and getting your download in.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
