Extended Edition of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing now available on Xbox One

by Neil Watton (neil363)April 14, 2017

The base game may have arrived way back in 2015 (as a free Xbox Games With Gold title no less), but now there’s an Extended Edition of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing available. If you haven’t yet delved into the dark world, surely this is your best chance?

Available right now for £15.99, The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing Extended Edition pretty much does what you would expect. It combines the previously free base game – one which would now set you back £11.99 – with two pieces of downloadable content; Arcane Mechanic and Thaumaturge. With both of those usually coming in at £3.99, you’ve basically running with a ‘buy one, get one free’ scenario.

The Xbox Games Store will be able to sort you out with your download, whilst our full review of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing can be found right here.

Game Description:

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing: Extended Edition includes the full game of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing, the Thaumaturge and Arcane Mechanic add-ons. Put on your wide-brimmed hat, grab your weapons and embark on an incredible adventure in the gothic-noir world of Borgovia, where mad science threatens the fragile peace between monster and mortal. Be Van Helsing, monster-hunter extraordinaire and save the day with your charming and beautiful companion, Lady Katarina (who happens to be a ghost, by the way). Explore the savage wilderness in the mountains and the soot-stained brick districts of a grim metropolis twisted by weird science, and don’t forget: you might never know who the real monsters are!

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One. A massive racing fan, Forza 4 was the daddy of all Xbox titles but Forza Horizon 2 now trumps that. Online first person shooters are my hell....probably because my reactions are so poor. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
