Don’t fear the reaper – at least not when he brings a musical, romantic, comedic 3D puzzle adventure. See, Felix The Reaper is pretty adorable… and you’ll very soon be able to go hands on with him.
Announced today as the latest addition to Daedalic’s line up, Felix The Reaper will be playable at the Indie Arena Booth during Gamescom in Cologne, between 21-25 August, and then again at the PAX Rising area at PAX West in Seattle, WA, between 31 August-3 September.
A murderous romcom puzzle adventure game, Felix The Reaper from Danish indie devs Kong Orange has been described as a “3D shadow manipulation puzzle adventure”. In it, we see players take on the role of the titular reaper, who works at The Ministry of Death and is in love with Betty The Maiden from The Ministry of Life. See, Felix believes that going to the human world and completing the grim tasks of a field reaper will enable him to one day meet her.
Throughout the game, Felix will need to move through the shadows, manipulating the environment to ensure that the Ministry of Death meets its quota, all as he tries to fulfil his own agenda of finding Betty. Oh, and as he does so, he’ll be found practising his dance moves while he is at it!!
Completion of each level of Felix the Reaper will unlock a hardcore version of itself for the dedicated ministerial achiever, and replayability should come in as players can also collect skull achievements, which further unlocked bonus time trials for the extremely resourceful reaper.

Felix the Reaper will be coming to Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PC during 2019.
