The month of February is nearly over. In fact, March will soon be here and that means we’ll get treated to four new free games courtesy of the Xbox Games With Gold scheme. Today, those free games have been detailed. But what are they?
Well, the following four games will be gifted to each and every Xbox One and Xbox 360 gamer, provided they are the holder of a valid Xbox Live Gold subscription.
- Layers of Fear – Xbox One – 1st-31st March 2017
- Evolve Ultimate Edition – Xbox One – 16th March 2017 – 15th April 2017
- Borderlands 2 – Xbox 360 – 1st-15th March 2017
- Heavy Weapon – Xbox 360 – 16th-31st March 2017
After a fairly decent month of free games with February’s offerings, March looks like it can at least hold its own in the free stakes. Granted, it’s not quite up there with some of the previous months of giveaways that we’ve seen from Xbox HQ, but it ain’t bad at all.
As always, we’ll remind you when the time comes for you to grab your free games (and don’t forget those 360 titles can be played on Xbox One), but for now, if you haven’t nabbed those from February, we advise you to get to it…pronto!
If I hadn’t already played it to death the Border 2 would be well appreciated. The rest are meh…
The only one I’ve played is Evolve and I didn’t like it but the others will be getting a shot.
I feel the same as Steve not interested in any of those Evolve borderlands and layers of fear I have and to be honest I didn’t think much of them.
Slim pickings this month… Wasn’t interested in Evolve when it was full price and still not interested in it now that it’s free! Got Borderlands and Heavy Weapon anyway which just leaves Layers of Fear which if memory serves me correctly is a load of old tosh…
