A couple of years ago, I had the opportunity to write for this amazing website and contribute to its great community. I did, and still do, really appreciate the kind things readers had to say about the writing contributions I made to the site. Due to work demands, I had to step away in 2016, but I always wanted to come back. In that time away, I started up a podcast with some friends, and we are now at episode #80. I am proud and excited to announce that our podcast will now be called The Gaming Hub Podcast and be the official podcast of TheXboxHub!
We believe that gaming is fun and that it should be a positive experience. While we’ll always give an honest opinion on each topic, we don’t think there should be a ton of negativity surrounding this great hobby that we all have in common. Our goal is to build an equally great community of passionate Xbox players that want to chat and play with others that love gaming as much as we do.
We produce a podcast every week that is recorded on Friday evenings, along with a lot of streaming on Twitch and Mixer. There’s a lot of ways for you to become involved in our awesome community – we have a forums page on Facebook, a channel on Discord, and you can follow our channels on Twitch and Mixer. We give away prizes to people in the community just for taking part and making the community stronger! There will be links to all those venues at the end of this article.
To kick off our new relationship with TheXboxHub, we spend episode 80 focusing on Sea of Thieves, Xbox Game Pass, and we give our top 10 predictions for what Xbox will bring us in 2018. We’d really appreciate it if you listen and subscribe, and we’d love to have you join the community via the venues mentioned above.
In future weeks, this article will detail that week’s episode, but for now I just wanted to say hello again and convey how excited I am to be part of this superb site again. I can’t wait to get started, and engage in some amazing conversation about Xbox again.
