Whether you agree with the premise of not, Hunting Simulator is coming and today Bigben and development studio, Neopica have released the first trailer.
Arriving on Xbox One, PS4 and PC this summer, Hunting Simulator promises to immerse you into the wild, as you head off on adventures across the snows of Alaska, through the forests of France and up the mountains of Colorado, all as you hunt down your precisely modelled, highly realistic prey.
You’ll find that each region has its own unique identity, and with online co-op available, it’ll never be a case of getting lost alone in the woods. The video shown below shows images of the cooperative multiplayer for the first time, highlighting the party experience that the game hopes to purvey. If you plan on heading out on to the hunt with friends, then you will have to split up your roles to assure success: analyzing tracks, locating the animal, cornering it, planning the first shot, second shot. Perfect coordination is required, so as not to be spotted by their prey.
The main features of Hunting Simulator are as follows:
- One of the most essential hunting-game bestiaries with 37 species of animals set in 12 vast hunting areas.
- Hundreds of objectives across three game modes: campaign, free hunt, and shooting practice.
- All the necessaries for hunting: rifles, crossbows, long bows, as well as lures, hunting calls and wind indicators.
- Online co-op mode for up to 4 players to begin the adventure with 3 hunting partners.
- For the first time, the ability to use a drone in a hunting game to survey the environment and your surroundings.
We will of course remind you when the hunting season opens!
