Activision and FreeStyleGames have today pressed the big green go button on a special 5-day guitar playing marathon, welcoming Dragonforce to the library at the same time.
Beginning today, the console versions of the game will give fans the chance to join a unique 5 day SHRED-A-THON, including the highly anticipated debut of Through the Fire and Flames by DragonForce.
The Shred-a-Thon goes live on a special third channel in GHTV, and runs from now until Monday, 8th February at 3pm GMT. It includes the following tracks on repeat…
- DragonForce – Through the Fire and Flames
- Alter Bridge – Cry of Achilles
- Megadeth – Hangar 18
- Lamb of God – Ghost Walking
- Trivium – Strife
Following the end of the special five day session, Through the Fire and Flames will be added to the catalogue as a regular tune.

Guitar Hero Live is available right now on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, WiiU, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
