Head to Gilly Island with the Super Lucky’s Tale DLC

-

Did you think you were done with the adventures of Lucky? How about you take a trip to Gilly Island!?

Super Lucky’s Tale has today received a DLC addition that gives more than a decent reason to head back in to Lucky’s adventures. Gilly Island comes with a £4.19 price tag attached, and believe us when we say that you’ll struggle to find such a beautiful and renowned vacation spot than this!

Full of classic platforming challenge, the most brain bending of puzzles, crazy obstacle courses and mysterious foxholes, if you take a holiday with Lucky to Gilly Island, you’ll be in for a big old surprise.

You’ll obviously need the base game first – have a read of our review of that if you wish to know more – but if you do fancy heading off to sunnier climes, then Gilly Island should suit. The Microsoft Store will happily provide you with a ticket to your desired location. Don’t forget that Super Lucky’s Tale is an Xbox Play Anywhere title AND is included in the Xbox Game Pass.

There really is no real reason to not play it.

DLC Description:

“Welcome Back to Adventure! “”Super Lucky’s Tale””, the delightful playground platformer for all ages, returns with another thrilling chapter. Fresh from his victory over Jinx, Lucky is looking forward to a day off in good old Foxington. But the Book of Ages has other plans, and Lucky is once again pulled in, this time emerging into the tropical paradise of Gilly Island. Despite its beauty and renown as an award-winning vacation spot, it’s quickly apparent that something is amiss on Gilly Island. Lucky learns that Lady Meowmalade has hijacked the islands to throw the greatest (worst) party ever seen as she celebrates the release of her latest single. Now Lucky must rescue the islands and its vacationers from Meowmalade’s chaos before it ruins their fun and ultimately wrecks havoc to all the worlds within the Book of Ages. Join Lucky on his latest adventure, filled with classic platforming challenges, brain-bending puzzles, mysterious foxholes, and tropically treacherous obstacle courses. Meet characters new and old as you burrow your way through a sun-soaked paradise. May the luck of the clover guide your path!”
