Heavy Weapon now available for free on both Xbox One and Xbox 360

by Neil Watton (neil363)March 16, 2017

The middle of the month can only mean one thing – free game time! And right now, Heavy Weapon has been stripped of its price tag.

Well, at least it has been stripped of its usual price if you are the owner of an Xbox Live Gold membership. If you are, and let’s be honest, you should be, then you’ve got until the end of March 2017 in order to get your download in. Fail to do so by then and the Games With Gold free-ness will be gone forever and the standard £7.99 price tag will be back in place. With both single player and multiplayer options in place, if you fancy a quick run through a game that brings tons of destruction and plenty of bullets, then you could do worse.

Free games should never be ignored and the Xbox Games With Gold scheme is more than happy to deliver free titles each and every month. If you want to know more about March’s freebies, then hit up our article.

But before you do so, take that valid Xbox Live Gold membership of yours and pick up the latest free title on both Xbox One and Xbox 360 from the Xbox Games Store right now.

Game Description:

Single Player, Xbox Live Multiplayer 1-2, 5.1 Surround Sound, HD (High Definition). Sure, you can defend our way of life for free. For a while. But if you’re serious about liberty and committed to dealing out gigajoules of destructive power, there’s only one way to go. Buy Heavy Weapon now! There are no refunds for this item. For more information, see www.xbox.com/live/accounts.

About The Author
Neil Watton (neil363)
An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One. A massive racing fan, Forza 4 was the daddy of all Xbox titles but Forza Horizon 3 now trumps that. Online first person shooters are my hell....probably because my reactions are so poor, but give me a little Indie title and I'll be in heaven. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
