I, Hope arrives on Xbox One to deliver 100% of its sales to charity

-

The gaming world reaches many corners of the world, and whilst the vast majority of it sees profits being maximised, just occasionally something comes along that turns the whole scene on its head. I, Hope is trying to do just that, as every single penny from every single purchase that is made will be donated to the GameChanger Charity.

Available right now on Xbox One, I, Hope comes with a $9.99 price tag attached. Should you decide that you wish to spend some time with the young star of the game – a girl named Hope – then you’ll find that your cash goes to helping the lives of children fighting cancer thanks to the good being done by the GameChanger Charity.

A 3D adventure that has been developed in partnership with hospitals and researchers, involving plenty of puzzle solving, and a fair amount of platforming action, I, Hope will challenge your mind as it takes you on an emotional journey that ultimately tries to harness the power within every gamer.

Should you wish to give it a shot, helping out a worthy cause in the process, then head over to the Microsoft Store and get your download in. You’ll need to be in the North American region for now, but should I, Hope arrive on these European shores, then we’ll be sure to let you know.

Will you be joining the battle, saving the world and becoming Hope? Let us know in the comments section down below.

Game Description:

A young girl named Hope lives peacefully with her Grandpa upon an island floating in the clouds. That is, until one day, a dark monster called Cancer attacks and destroys her village, ensnaring the surrounding islands with its evil tentacles. Hope must travel to these islands to free their creatures and acquire the weapons she will need to defeat her ultimate enemy. Equal parts 3D adventure, puzzle-solving, and platforming, this game challenges the mind and spirit, bringing players on an emotional journey that ultimately teaches the power that each of us has within. Developed in partnership with hospitals and child researchers to have a poignant impact on the lives of children fighting cancer, “I, Hope” is also donating fully 100% of all sales to GameChanger Charity, an organization that supports children and families fighting cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Join the battle, save the world… …and become Hope.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
