A fan of what Hero Quest delivered to the board game scene? Well, Dark Quest 2 is here, preparing to bring the same ideas to Xbox One!

Available right now for purchase and download, Dark Quest 2 is a turn based RPG that has been fully inspired by the legendary Hero Quest. A £12.49 price tag is all that is requested too, delivering a title that focuses on a party system, a rather lovely isometric hand-drawn art style, and dice based mechanics to dictate various outcomes.

Dark Quest 2 sees you taking on the quest of defeating an evil sorcerer and his merry band of minions, with you controlling a group of heroes hell bent on success. This will see the likes of a Barbarian, Wizard, Dwarf, Healer Knight and more coming under your control, all as you move headlong through multiple maps, taking in the adventure that each can give, slowly and surely moving deeper towards your goal. Will you be able to ensure that your party has the requisite strength, courage and sanity to allow Dark Quest 2 to make an impact on your life?

It could well be said that your fate is already doomed, but if that is how you believe a proper gaming experience should be run then you should be heading to the Xbox Store immediately, particularly if you are down with the whole Hero Quest/Games Workshop ideas.

Let us know if you decide whether a weekend with Dark Quest 2 is for you by dropping some thoughts in the comments.
