Join the Punch Club right now on Xbox One

-

The first rule about Punch Club, is to not speak about Punch Club. Looks like we’ll be breaking that rule then!

Available right now on Xbox One is Punch Club, a fighting management game that is crossed with plenty of RPG and tycoon style elements. Yep, although it’s called Punch Club, it’s not just about beating the hell out of your opponents.

Priced at £7.99, Punch Club will see you having to climb the ranks of the boxing underworld, training hard, eating chicken and punching guys in the face (okay, so it is about beating the hell out of your opponents), all in an attempt to solve the mystery behind who took your own fathers life.

Strength and accuracy will be key, but each and every decision you make along the way will also shape how your time with Punch Club goes. You’ll need to find a way of juggling a love life, holding down a steady job, finding plenty of spare time and keeping your friends happy as the story driven affair branches off in multiple directions and through an extensive network of skill trees.

With some lovely pixel style graphics, and a ton of 1980’s and 1990’s references, Punch Club looks to be a hell of a lot of fun. Make your way over to the Xbox Games Store right now, hit it up and prepare to take down the murderer! Failing that, hold tight for our full review – it’s coming!

Games Description:

Your father was brutally murdered before your eyes. Now you must train hard, eat chicken and punch dudes in the face to earn your place in the Punch Club ranks, and discover who ended your father’s life. Punch Club is a boxing tycoon management game with multiple branching story lines. Your goal is clear, but how you get there depends on whether you want to legitimately climb the rankings, or take the more ridiculous, shady route. Along the way you’ll want to focus your talents. Will you take the Way of the Tiger, the Way of the Turtle, or the Way of the Bear? Your strength, accuracy and agility all depends on whichever Way enlightens your path. Do you have stripes, or flippers? And every decision will matter, especially in your social life. You’ll be juggling friendships, love life, work, recreational time, relationships, and possible stardom, all alongside your gym time and fighting aligators. It’s not all just pumping iron, you know. – Fighter management sim with RPG and tycoon elements – Find out who killed your father, and maybe learn something about yourself along the way – Heavily story-driven, with multiple different narrative branches and game endings to discover – Get as deep with stats as you like, and find your own way through extensive skill trees – Gorgeous pixel visuals with 80-90s references and nostalgia all over the place
