We’ve known that Bandai Namco had planned on releasing Jump Force in 2019, but until now the exact date was unknown. That all changes today.
Bandai Namco have today confirmed that Jump Force will release on Xbox One, PS4 and PC come 15th February 2019 – and to celebrate that date, they’ve released a glimpse of the box art featuring Goku, Naruto and Luffy.
But that’s not the only reveal and also detailed today is the new Paris stage, the latest addition to the real-world anime crossover battlegrounds that will be found in Jump Force. You can watch the trailer below and in it we see Paris – the most romantic city on Earth – become the most dangerous. With elements from the Saint Seiya universe, such as the Clock Tower and the Twelve Temples, materialising in the heart of France.
The trailer also unveils two new characters from fan favourite manga series, Ryo from City Hunter, and Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star.
Ryo is a skilled gunman who comes equipped with his trusted Colt Magnum, as well as possessing extremely quick reflexes to dodge his enemy’s attacks. Meanwhile, Kenshiro, is an immensely strong expert user of the Hokuto Shinken martial arts, who is able to target and defeat his opponent brutally, swiftly and effortlessly.
