If you’ve been keeping a close eye on the progression and development of Spintires: MudRunner then you will already know all about the near-photorealistic visuals and incredible physics that have been promised. Today though we get a brand new gameplay video – and this one shows how MudRunner will reinvent the rules by offering plenty of new challenges and original experiences.

Spintires: MudRunner is the ultimate version of Spintires – a game that has been available on PC for some time. MudRunner however will be hitting both Xbox One and PS4, promising an incredible off-road vehicle sim that thrusts payers into the most hostile and harsh environments.

It’ll put you in the driver’s seat of powerful off-road vehicles, before challenging you to face extreme sandbox environments, with only a map, a compass and your driving talents to survive! Expect numerous missions and challenges, as off-road fans enjoy crossing mud, rivers with strong currents, and climb perilous peaks aboard their 4x4s, trucks and sturdy logistic vehicles designed to withstand the most extreme conditions.

An advanced physics engine will ensure that players and driving enthusiasts will appreciate the hyper-realistic driving sensations with fuel simulation, a differential transmission system, soft-tire simulation, and realistic interactions between vegetation, mud, water, and your vehicle all present.

Spintires: MudRunner will release come October 31st 2017 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Check that trailer out below.

About The Author

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360’s life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One. A massive racing fan, Forza 4 was the daddy of all Xbox titles but Forza Horizon 3 now trumps that. Online first person shooters are my hell….probably because my reactions are so poor, but give me a little Indie title and I’ll be in heaven.

Really looking forward to this – never played a game that successfully recreates off-roading yet. Just hope it’s good and doesn’t end up feeling like driving in farming simulator!
