Marble Madness inspired Marble Void rolls on to Xbox One

-

If you can remember back to the 1980s, you’ll know that the marble was king. As gaming slowly grew into the juggernaut it is today, those spheres grew with the industry, with games such as Marble Madness and Marble Blast Ultra playing host to hugely enjoyable experiences. Today the humble marble is back as Marble Void arrives.

Available for download on Xbox One, Marble Void comes with just a $4.99 price tag. ensuring that Leveled Games are hitting the casual market. With three tiers of difficulty, multiple mini games and plenty of puzzling action to get involved in, if you like rolling marbles around obstacles, then this is quite possibly the game for you.

But the 40+ stages won’t be easy and you’ll find them ramping up from the most simple affairs to hard and extreme levels before you know it. You’ll therefore need to make the most of the moving platforms, switches, teleporters and boost pads in order to help your marble make it through to the end.

If you have interest, then the Xbox Games Store should be your next port of call. At least if you’re in the North American region at least because for now that is where Marble Void is seeing itself limited to.

Game Description:

Drop into the retro-futuristic world of Marble Void! A 3D Platformer inspired by old school platformers, Marble Madness, Marble Blast Ultra and the 80’s. Pilot your Marble through puzzles and skill based obstacles to complete stages. With 3 tiers of difficulty and mini games, Marble Void is easy to pick up and play, yet tough to master! Moving platforms, switches, teleporters, gravity modifiers, kill spheres and more await you in 40+ stages of varying difficulties. Great for all ages! An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
