Back at the end of 2018, BadLand Publishing dropped Mars: Chaos Menace on to PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC. It must be said that it didn’t go down awfully well. But that hasn’t stopped the team from pushing out a release onto Xbox One – and that is what we are seeing today.

Available for purchase and download on Xbox One is the latest shooter to attempt to deliver the goods to Xbox gamers. Mars: Chaos Menace from BadLand Publishing sees us trying to save humanity by terraforming our way across Mars. As you may expect though, things don’t go quite as to plan.

Instead chaos and destruction threaten to ruin the red planet and so it is up to us to blast our way past hordes of enemies and the most terrible of monsters. It could well be said that the destiny of mankind is in our hands. YOUR HANDS!

Coming with a price of £8.39, Mars: Chaos Menace on Xbox One should be something that becomes appealing to fans of both space travel and shoot ’em up madness. One can only hope!

Now, humans are successfully colonizing nearby planets, using technology to adapt these inhospitable and hostile places. For the first time in our existence we feel in harmony with everything. But our activity and progress has attracted huge and warp monsters that only wish to devastate and sterilize planets by destroying the whole way of life. We had forgotten, chaos is the natural state of the universe …
