In the build up to Gamescom and PAX West, a new stylish comic-arted puzzler has been confirmed, with Minute of Islands readying itself up to release on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC in early 2020.
Coming about via the publishing arm of Mixtvision, and the developers at Studio Fizbin, Minute of Islands promises beautiful enigmatic narrative driven puzzling action when it launches on Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PC in the early part of 2020.
Delivering a vibrant tale of transformation and exploration, Minute of Islands will see us pushed out into an adventure through an enigmatic world. Taking place in a strange and beautiful archipelago, polluted by dangerous spores, the only thing keeping the series of islands safe are mysterious antennas built when Giants lived alongside people. But the machines are now failing, and the only person who can repair them is a humble engineer, Mo, her versatile Omni-Switch, and you.
Minute of Islands sees Mo driven to protect her family and friends, setting out on a quest where she encounters a cast of curious creatures along the way. As you and her will both discover though, it isn’t long before you begins to uncover the truth of the islands and the giants living below the surface.
The journey of Minute of Islands on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC will have players discovering more about the islands and Mo, while also having the chance to examine their own lives and priorities. It’s this realisation that leads Mo on a journey over the haunted islands of her homeworld and into the depths of her subconscious. Will you be joining her?
