It may have been a game that many had dismissed on arrival, but Ubisoft’s release of Starlink: Battle for Atlas went down pretty well in these parts. It is therefore with huge excitement that we see a new update fast approaching with confirmation of the details and dates of the new Crimson Moon update for Starlink: Battle for Atlas on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC.
Come the 30th April, Starlink: Battle for Atlas will receive a rather significant content update, one that is centred on the mysterious appearance of the Crimson Moon in the Atlas star system. Becoming available for download on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, this new content will also be included in the all-new Windows PC version of the game, which releases on the same day, It is this PC version of Starlink: Battle for Atlas which will feature the same content as the console version and will support the Dualshock and Xbox One controller mounts, as well as digital play.
But what does Crimson Moon bring? Well, you’ll be able to explore the Crimson Moon, the theatre of the Outlaw Games, as you get to compete in all-new single-player and two-player split-screen racing tracks, fight waves of ruthless enemies in the Crimson Coliseum and watch your rank and stats increase on leaderboards.
The Crimson Moon will also impact the entire world of Atlas as you engage with new faction story missions and weekly challenges. Additionally, those wishing to expand their roster and play through the new Crimson Moon content can do so with five new pilots, three new starships and eleven new weapons available separately for digital-only purchase.

Hunt down the Star Wolf team in a series of missions with the help of three new Star Fox team pilots, each with their own unique special ability and skill tree.
