As if everyone wasn’t already pumped up enough for the next instalment of the F1 series from Codemasters, there’s a brand new F1 2017 gameplay trailer released to show what could be the most extensive Career Mode to date.
The massively expanded Career Mode introduces the player to invitational events during the standard F1 season, which incorporates the classic cars across a host of different events; such as overtake challenges, pursuit events, checkpoint, and time attack challenges. In addition to these events, there are loads more Research and Development upgrades to unlock – 115 to be precise – new practice programmes, and an increased importance being given to managing the reliability of your car’s engine and gearbox.
But hold on, there’s more. Whilst the official circuits of the current season are present, there’ll also be shortened circuits set in Bahrain, Britain, Japan and USA. And if you’ve always wanted to try the iconic, but often chaotic, Monaco circuit at night, well now you can!
All this and more can be found in F1 2017, the official videogame of the 2017 FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, when it releases for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC worldwide on August 25th.
Don’t forget to give the trailer a watch…
