New trailer and Special Editions, Season Pass and free DLC plans revealed for RIDE 3

-

The team at Milestone never stop working and even though they’ve cracked out numerous titles this year, the upcoming RIDE 3 is one of the most hotly anticipated. With a release date just around the corner, today sees the reveal of a new trailer alongside the announcements of the Special Editions, Season Pass content and free DLC plans.

So, starting with the visual delights of the trailer and the latest one for RIDE 3 is centred firmly around the endless customisation features of the new Livery Editor that is included. This super powerful tool will allow any player to create their own bike livery, brushing it with their own unique style. With customisation options that reach in to the hundreds – 500+ mechanical and aesthetic parts will be in place – you can easily modify things to change any bike behaviour on track.

Making the bike of your dreams is easily doable and the tools available allow creative freedom – race lovers will have many official manufactures and aftermarket stickers to create their own racing livery, while those with creative talents can create real artworks on 2 wheels, with the layer system allowing you to draw any image on the bike. All liveries can be shared online, rewarding the creator with extra XP and in-game credits.

Alongside this trailer though, Milestone have dropped even more details surrounding the editions of RIDE 3 which will release on Xbox One, PS4 and PC come November 30th 2018. Details of each as follows:

Physical Editions:

  • Standard Edition which includes the full game
  • Special Edition which includes Season Pass and an exclusive Ducati Panigale V4* Steelbook

Digital Editions:

  • Standard Edition which includes the full game
  • Gold Edition which includes Season Pass, Sport Bikes Pack (4 bikes, 10 events and 3 trophies/achievements), BMW R 1200 GS Pack (with the iconic bike, it includes 5 events and 3 trophies/achievements) and the Credits Multiplier that doubles credits achieved after every event in any game mode.

If you wish to get your money in early then from today you can grab a digital pre-order, with two versions available:

  • Standard Edition which includes the full game and the Sport Bikes Pack
  • Gold Edition which includes also Season Pass, Sport Bikes Pack, BMW R 1200 GS Pack, Credits Multiplier, a dynamic theme with the Ducati Panigale V4 (available only on PS4) and 3 days early access

Further to all this and the RIDE 3 Season Pass has also been detailed. This will include 12 Premium DLCs, with 120 additional events, 36 trophies/achievements and 60 bikes, including the exclusive Mr. Martini Supercustom and iconic models of the different manufacturers included in the game (for more than 12 hours of gameplay).

But the extra content drops won’t stop there and after launch there will be also 12 free DLCs with 12 bikes and 60 additional events (for more than 6 hours gameplay).

RIDE 3 promises to be the most complete bike racer yet and with a career mode that has been revamped to allow free progression, it should suit every bike racing fan out there. Will you be grabbing the leathers come release? Let us know down below.
