Plot a course to the Final Star on Xbox One

-

Ever fancied mixing a bit of non-linear shooting with a deep story and RPG elements? Final Star is here – and it’ll let you do just that.

Available to purchase and download right now is Final Star on Xbox One, a game from Dynamic Voltage Games that mixes a number of ideas into one, with the promises of creating something a little different.

Priced up at £12.49 Final Star sees you travelling a huge galaxy as the only remaining force of the Final Star Armada. Your task? Take down invading alien foes and ensure that your whole fleet isn’t entirely wiped out.

You’ll be doing this by partaking in some hot and fast action, shooting your way to essential upgrades and piloting your ship through a variety missions. You’ll also have a narrative to take in, and some satisfying role-playing upgrades to enjoy, as you plot your mission course and take down the alien scum.

If you wish to give Final Star on Xbox One a shot, then the Xbox Store will no doubt happily sort you out with a download. Will you be paying it a visit? Let us know in the comments below.

Game Description:

Only one sun remains in the known universe. As more distant civilizations rally to the Final Star, it was only a matter of time before a hostile alien race would arrive to seize control. The Final Star Armada, tasked with protecting its people from invading forces – has failed. You’re all that remains of the fleet, and only an alliance with the dangerous (and untrustworthy) mercenary guild can get you the upgrades needed to fight off the invading forces. Final Star is a shooter from Dynamic Voltage Games. It features non-linear gameplay with dozens of missions, a deep story, and role-playing style upgrades. You’ll travel the vast galaxy completing missions to power yourself up. The action is intense and you’ll need to plot your mission course carefully to ensure that your ships are powerful enough to contend with the massive alien fleet.
