2019 has been Artifex Mundi’s year, or more specifically, the year of the Queen’s Quest series. After seeing both Queen’s Quest 2 and Queen’s Quest 3 arrive over the last few months, it’s great to see the kings of the Hidden Object scene back once more, as Artifex drop Queen’s Quest 4: Sacred Truce on to Xbox One.

Available to purchase and download on Xbox One, Queen’s Quest 4: Sacred Truce is the latest title to come out of the Artifex Mundi stable. And should you be a fan of what the team have provided previously, you’ll no doubt be hugely interested in what this latest tale delivers.

Throwing us into the world of the Five Kingdoms, Queen’s Quest 4 will have you working your way through a stunning adventure that is full of magic and mystery, all as you scour the screens ahead for cleverly hidden objects, progressing the tale as you do so. With no less than 43 wonderful locales to check out, and a ton of mini-games to partake in, should you be in the market for a new fantasy tale that covers the lives of humans, elves, dwarves, goblins and more, then this certainly looks to be your very best bet.

Features include:

  • Play 32 minigames to discover the history of the Five Kingdoms!
  • Visit 43 unique places in the world of the elves!
  • Travel through a land of magnificent adventure!
  • Find cleverly hidden objects!
  • Face the magical runes and unlock all 24 achievements.

Should you have previously enjoyed everything that Artifex Mundi have produced in the Hidden Object genre and wish to give Queen’s Quest 4: Sacred Truce on Xbox One a shot then the Xbox Store will sort you out with a download. You’ll just need to fire over the usual asking price – £12.49 in this instance – and that download will be yours.

If however you’ve missed out on what the Queen’s Quest series has previously delivered but are tempted now that a few options are available, then the additional Queen’s Quest Bundle should be to your liking. Priced up at £29.99, it not only allows for a download of Queen’s Quest 4, but throws in the brilliant Queen’s Quest 2: Stories of Forgotten Past and Queen’s Quest 3: The End of Dawn, as well. It’s certainly your best option for getting involved.

We’ll no doubt have a bit of a review of Queen’s Quest 4: Sacred Truce coming your way in the days and weeks ahead. Keep an eye out for it if you wish to know more.

Game Description:

The realm of the Five Kingdoms faces a formidable challenge. A mysterious power is trying to destroy the relationship between humans and elves and start a conflict. What will happen to this legendary world when the covenant of magic between humans, elves, dwarves, goblins and hobbits ends? After many years of peace between the Five Kingdoms, dark clouds are gathering over the realm of humans and elves. After an attempt to assassinate the Elf King, life’s delicate balance, which was only maintained through the magic of the Sacred Truce, has come to end. Friends and neighbors are beginning to turn against each other. Suddenly the tiny village of Saddletown becomes the centre of attention for the entire kingdom – according to the elves it’s where the would-be assassin is hiding. It seems that the people of the town must answer for his crimes. The mayor of Saddletown invites the emissary of the Peacekeepers Guild for a meeting. The ongoing peace between humans and elves and the fate of Five Kingdoms are in his hands.
