It will bend your mind, it will put your brain to the test, and you will shift and twist the world to unveil the secrets it holds. This is Shift Quantum and we’ll be seeing it in Spring 2018!
Red Panda Interactive and Fishing Cactus have collaborated to bring a cyber-noir action-puzzle platformer to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC this Spring. Shift Quantum – the official successor to flash game Shift – is presented in black and white, but its unique gameplay mechanic is the SHIFTING technique which is used to solve puzzles by inverting the world, creating negative space and turning obstacles into potential escape routes.
As far as story goes, the Shift Quantum program has been created by the world’s leading authority and trusted voice in cerebral programming, Axon Vertigo, in order to deliver a better quality of life for all. Once people connect to it, they can enjoy an entertaining and relaxing experience as Axon Vertigo analyses the activity of their brain. Axon wants to better understand the brain’s functioning in regards pattern recognition and creative thinking, whilst the people get their desired happiness. Everyone’s a winner, right?
