Set in 1918 London, following the Great War, the fate of the city is in the hands of Dr. Jonathan Reid, a famous surgeon and blood transfusion specialist coming to terms with new desires as a vampire. He’s been enlightened to the once-hidden world of ungodly creatures and secret societies that are now set on ending his existence. Dr. Reid must attempt to fight off these beings and the urge to feast on the many citizens he wishes to save – the lives of whom could be vitally important to the district they reside in. Each citizen has their own story to tell, life to live and personal quests to fulfil, and losing just one key member of an area could see the whole place crumble in no time.
There are ulterior motives of course, as when you realise the battle to avoid the thirst for blood is pointless, you need to make sure there are disposable people that can be sacrificed for the greater good. It won’t take long until you stop questioning the kill and instead focus on priming the nobodies for a bit of bloodsucking.
