Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption set to receive new content for free on Xbox One in February

Sinner DLC

If you’ve been enjoying the epic, but brutal, boss battles found in Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption, then we’ve got good news because a free update is incoming on Xbox One and it’ll add additional content like game modes, extra weapons and even a new boss.

On February 19th, 2019 Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption finally becomes a fully fledged PC release and in collusion with that, the free update arrives on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Discord at the same time. The new content includes a brand new boss, Cowardly Modic, who’s a giant armoured chicken and is sure to be the fowl-est of them all. Defeating this vicious bird will enable you to unlock two weapon sets based on other bosses’ kits – twin swords and a sword and shield combo – to complement the main protagonist Adam’s already powerful arsenal.

Additionally, the introduction of the New Game+ brings three new challenges that provide the ultimate test for your skills. The Trial of Speed will grant Adam swiftness in exchange for losing invulnerability during dodge rolls, the Trial of Consequence will make death permanent and the Trial of the Sinner will combine both modifiers for the most challenging experience yet.

Just in case you’re unaware of Dark Star Game Studios’ game Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption, it’s a rather difficult action-RPG in which Adam must defeat each of the bosses – that are based on the seven deadly sins – on a perilous journey to find atonement. So if that’s of interest to you and you’ve not already purchased it, head on over to the Xbox Store and have a gander. Bear in mind that Xbox Game Pass subscribers can play it at no extra cost.

Will you be checking out the new content when it arrives? Get in touch and let us know!
