Metro Exodus will soon be with us, but for those who wish to get really deep with the upcoming journey through a hostile yet beautiful world, may well be interested in taking home the rather excellent Spartan Collector’s Edition. We warn you now though, it isn’t going to come cheap.
Metro Exodus is due to hit Xbox One, PS4 and PC come 22nd February 2019, pushing on the Metro lore some more as we get the chance to jump into the boots of Artyom, in order to flee the Metro and lead a band of Spartan Rangers on an incredible, continent-spanning journey across post-apocalyptic Russia.
The search of a new life won’t be easy though, and in Metro Exodus you’ll come across an epic, story-driven first person shooter that promises to blend deadly combat and stealth with exploration and survival horror in one of the most immersive game worlds ever created.
But let’s get down to the nitty gritty and why we are here today – the Metro Exodus Spartan Collector’s Edition.
Exclusively available at metrothegame.com, this super special edition has been crafted from the highest quality materials to include a statue, dog tag, postcards, and patches, all contained in a stunning package.
Ful details of the Spartan Collector’s Edition includes:
- A Premium Quality Artyom Statue: This highly detailed, hand-painted resin statue stands at 10.5 inches high and captures the iconic scene from the Metro Exodus announcement trailer of Artyom fighting off a deadly Watchman. Each statue is individually numbered.
- Authentic Spartan Order Dog Tag: A finely crafted replica of Artyom’s Spartan Order tag.
- “Artyom’s Memories” Collectible Postcards: Arytom’s most treasured items are postcards from the world before it was devastated by nuclear war. Fans of the Metro series will recognise Artyom’s collection, given to him by those he encounters on his journey. Each postcard carries a message from his closest friends and companions.
- Spartan Order Patches: Two authentic Spartan Order patches.
The Spartan Collector’s Edition comes in a gigantic, barrel shaped package, based on an in-game design and can be purchased either as a standalone item, or complete with a copy of The Aurora Limited Edition.
It is this Aurora Limited Edition which brings a copy of the game in an exclusive Steelbook, a beautiful “World of Metro” Art Book, and the Metro Exodus Expansion Pass, all contained within a bespoke metal outer case inspired by The Aurora.
As you may well expect, these special editions aren’t going to be cheap – the Spartan Collector’s Edition is priced at £129.99 / $149.99 / €149.99 stand-alone, or £214.99 / $234.99 / €244.99 when bundled with an Aurora Edition. Expect a strictly limited supply too.
