The Surge now available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC

-

Looking for a new game that you can really sink your teeth into? The Surge is here and it promises to keep you busy for sometime!

Available right now, The Surge has released on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, bringing you a futuristic, rather dystopian world that is just ready to be explored. Running very close to the whole Dark Souls and Lords of the Fallen feel, The Surge will deliver you a great combat experience, more customisation and crafting opportunities than you can shake a stick out, and an interesting world, and back story that will just have you coming back for more…time and time again.

Don’t expect easy though, and whilst it isn’t quite in the same totally brutal category that we experienced with the Dark Souls series, The Surge still delivers one hell of a fight at all times.

The Xbox Games Store will happily provide the required download for all those Xbox One gamers looking to drop in on the wonderful world that The Surge. Playstation owners should no doubt make their way to their own digital store, unless of course you are one of those who prefer a physical disc based product over the digital option. Whichever you choose, for £49.99, you’ll most definitely find a game that provides plenty of joy – if you don’t believe me, hit up our full review!

Get out there and start slicing and dicing right now.

Game Description:

Welcome to CREO, the megacorporation saving our world! A catastrophic event has knocked you out during the first day on the job… you wake up equipped with a heavy-grade exoskeleton, in a destroyed section of the complex. Robots gone haywire, insane augmented co-workers and rogue AI – everything wants you dead. Defy deadly enemies and huge bosses in tight, visceral melee combat. Target and slice specific limbs off your foes, with a next-gen loot system where you loot what you dismember! An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
