Take part in Real Bout Fatal Fury as another NeoGeo title hits Xbox One

As long as the Earth we sit on continues to revolve, it seems like we’re going to continue being treated to more ACA NEOGEO titles arriving on Xbox One. Since the start of the year, a whole host of games from the early and mid ’90s have made their way to the console we know and love. Today – ACA NEOGEO Real Bout Fatal Fury arrives.

Available right now for £6.39 on Xbox One, ACA NEOGEO Real Bout Fatal Fury is the same game as that released back in 1995. With a faster, smoother, tempo-based play style, combination attacks, and 16 players fighting it out to see who is the strongest, if you are after a fighter, and fancy reliving the glory days of the 1990s, then this should be the game for you.

Head on over to the Microsoft Store, hit the download button and enjoy a bit of retro – if only so you can see your name up in the leaderboard lights.

Game Description:

REAL BOUT FATAL FURY is a fighting game released by SNK in 1995. Using the previous system as a base, isolating the Sweep Button, the inclusion of Combination Attacks, and other elements such as ring outs make for an even speedier and tempo-based play style. Sixteen fighters battle it out to see who is the strongest. The “ACA NEOGEO” series has faithfully reproduced many classic NEOGEO masterpieces. Players can change various game settings such as game difficulty, and also reproduce the atmosphere of arcade display settings at that time. Players can also compete against each other from all over the world with their high scores. Please enjoy the masterpiece that built a generation for video games.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360’s life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One. A massive racing fan, Forza 4 was the daddy of all Xbox titles but Forza Horizon 3 now trumps that. Online first person shooters are my hell….probably because my reactions are so poor, but give me a little Indie title and I’ll be in heaven.
