Priced up at a measly £4.99, The Tower of Beatrice sees you attempting to climb the tower of a sorcerer – Beatrice, no less – in order to pinch her magical Book of Recipes and escape with your life intact. As you would expect from any infiltration styled affair, things won’t be easy and in Tower of Beatrice you’ll come across 6 unique floors that bring a variety of obstacles. Expect to come up against some of the most surprising of residents in the demons of Fire, Frost, Dream and more, as you are left to battle your way though multiple puzzles in order to find success.
Brain-taxing many may well be, but with an atmospheric soundtrack bubbling away in the background, and a multitude of pointers and nods to a range of games, books and films to take in, the low price point of this latest Sometimes You title may well allow for a decent little time.
