It’s a twin-stick shooter, but it’s like nothing you would have played before. Yep, the world is under attack from vegetables – and it’s up to you to save it in The Walking Vegetables: Radical Edition on Xbox One.

Available right now to download on Xbox One, The Walking Vegetables: Radical Edition is the latest twin sticker to arrive on console, delivering something just a little bit different to the norm.

Priced up at £10.74 this solo or cooperative affair will see you wielding a ton of weapons and gadgets, from the simple pistol right up to something a bit more tasty. Doing so will be a necessity too as going up against mutated and battle-hardened zombie fruit and veg is no mean ask; you’ll certainly need to be bringing your shooting A-game to the table in order to save mankind with The Walking Vegetables.

With evil end of stage boss vegetable kingpins to take down should your skills allow, an alien headquarters that is found to be overflowing with the veg-ridden aliens and enough content for you to shake more than one carrot at, The Walking Vegetables: Radical Edition on Xbox One promises plenty of content for not too much of the old cash.

When you drop in the fact that multiple goodies are available to unlock, and the randomised nature of the buildings, enemies, bosses, weapons and items you come across will ensure that no two games are the same, you will quickly begin to understand how and why The Walking Vegetables should be on your radar.

To grab it, the Xbox Store will need to be paid a visit – it’s giving up a copy of the game to any prospective buyer for just £10.74.

If you’re sitting on the fence and unsure whether this vegetable-fuelled journey of hate is one that you wish to take in, then it may well be worth your well holding off for our full review. It’s coming real soon!
