Titanfall continues to lead the way in the Xbox charts.

-

Titanfall continues to dominate the Xbox One chart for another week whilst South Park The Stick of Truth rightfully takes back it’s number one place on the 360.

The Xbox 360 charts are strange things. Games regularly enter the charts high, drop down a few spots and then manage to regain the previous place a few weeks later. This time round, it’s the turn of South Park to jump back to the top with that ever present, game changer Minecraft rolling back into second. Last weeks number one, Dark Souls II manages to hold on in third spot. Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes staggers into sixth place but odds are it won’t be around this time next week.

On the Xbox One, Titanfall obviously continues to dominate things and it would come as some surprise to see anything big enough to move it from that position for some time yet. MGS: Ground Zeroes fairs considerably better on the One than on it’s older less powerful sibling with a second place entry. Battlefield 4 moves up a couple of places, whilst Forza drops two with everything behind that just slips down a spot to accommodate.

Our ‘In Stores This Week’ post has detailed three new releases this coming week but as two of those are collections and one is a pretty niche title we’re not expecting any great shapes to be thrown. For those reasons, expect South Park and Titanfall to carry on as is for another seven days or so.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
