Travel Back to 1940’s Los Angeles as L.A. Noire is available now for the Xbox One and Xbox One X

Cole Phelps returns as an LAPD detective to take on the seedier side of Los Angeles in L.A. Noire, a new version of the 2011 detective thriller, that is available now for the Xbox One and Xbox One X.

L.A. Noire takes place in 1947 and players control Cole Phelps, a cop who must rise through the ranks of the LAPD by undertaking a range of cases given to him, starting from the very bottom as a Patrol Officer following a stint as a member of the US Marine Corps.

The new version of the game includes the full game and all additional DLC, plus a range of technical enhancements including improved lighting and clouds, new cinematic camera angles and high-resolution textures. It is also an Xbox One X Enhanced title, meaning this will play in gorgeous 4K. Already one of the most visually stunning games thanks to its facial animations, this new version is set to look even better.
