Twin Robots: Ultimate Edition shuffles onto Xbox One

-

Looking for some family-friendly co-op platforming? Twin Robots is available right now to help tide the kids over for the last few days of the Summer holidays!

In Twin Robots, you control Watt and Volt who are escaping an old robot factory after being listed as defective. They will need to brave the elements and run, jump, shuffle push and pull across a variety of levels if they are to escape to the outside world.

Launching on Xbox One, this is the Ultimate Edition of Twin Robots, which launched earlier this year on Nintendo Switch. It features the same game, but with a few extra features such as new levels, secret areas and soundtrack. In addition, players can expect improvements in terms of the physics and camera system, better overall performance, and most importantly, achievements. Also included is co-op meaning that two people can control both robots. It is still able to be played in single player though as the one person can quickly switch between the robots at will.

So, what are you waiting for? Twin Robots: Ultimate Edition is now available to download from the Microsoft Store, where it’s priced at £7.99. Let us know who your co-op buddy will be in the comments below!

Game description:

Watt and Volt are two twin robots, who have been forgotten by time and abandoned in an old robot factory. Marked as defective by mistake, if they wish to prove themselves as deserving a place in today’s world, they must pass a series of grueling tests. Watt and Volt will have their work cut out for them, but the good news is you might not have to go it alone as although both robots can be controlled at any moment due to swapping between them, co-op is fully supported, so as long as you have a friend to control the other robot, the only thing you’ll need to focus on, is what your own robot is doing. Features: * Strategic Thinking * Fast Reflexes * Exploring, find the secret areas! * Puzzle Solving * Achievements
