We’ve recently seen NEOGEO World Heroes and NEOGEO Neo Turf Masters arrive on Xbox One – well, it seems those two titles have opened the floodgates for further Neogeo titles to arrive. And that’s exactly what has happened today as two new, old, titles emerge onto the Xbox Games Store.
Available right now, each for £6.39, are ACA NEOGEO Nam-1975 and ACA NEOGEO Metal Slug…and you may just remember them both. At least that is if you’re a gamer of um, advancing years, as the former is getting on for 30 years of age, whilst Metal Slug was originally released way back in 1996. Faithfully reproduced for modern day gamers to get involved in, this time round you can challenge others from around the world by picking up the highest score you can and seeing yourself up in lights on the worldwide leaderboards.
They are both masterpieces of their time and really should be played, and enjoyed, by all. If you fancy giving them a go, either to rekindle the glory years, or as a newcomer to something that is way different to the games we see nowadays, then head on over to the Xbox Games Store and pick them up.
ACA NEOGEO Nam-1975 Description:

Do like the look of these though… there seems to be loads of these NeoGeo games popping up in the store lately with no fanfare. Not sure my wallet appreciates it and finding time to play them all is impossible… #firstworldproblems
