Yep that’s right, the Ultimate Edition of State of Decay 2 on Xbox One has now rocked up and you can get in on a bit of the survival experience nice and early – a good few days before the proper release at least.
Available right now, State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition comes with a rather generous £39.99 price tag attached, and for that measly amount of money you will find yourself treated to full access of the game a whole four days before the standard release.
But early access isn’t just what this Ultimate Edition is about and you’ll also find a code for State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition whisking its way to an inbox near you, plus the Independence Pack and Daybreak Packs as and when they are released a little further down the line.
If you don’t know too much about State of Decay 2 then you’ve probably been living under a rock for the last few months as it is the zombie survival experience EVERYONE is talking about.
Thanks to the wonders of online multiplayer, State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition will be seeing you and up to three friends creating your own little community and exploring a huge open world that has been populated with the most hostile zombies. It’ll be up to you to establish your own base, upgrade your characters and harness the resources that the post-apocalyptic world delivers.
With Xbox One X enhancements, and Xbox Play Anywhere capabilities, plus a commitment to see the game expand in the months ahead, anyone interested in a co-op adventure, or just a zombie survival experience, should be in on a purchase of State of Decay 2.
