The Xbox Live Deals With Gold sale is here once again, where both Xbox One and Xbox 360 gamers can grab a whole load of discounts. The only question is… what should you pick up?

We’re here take a look at best and worst of the deals in place for 4th – 10th October 2016, whilst offering our humble opinion on what to spend your hard earned cash on. It’s a nice change to see plenty of discounts worthy of our attention, but here’s a few of the standout deals, both hit and miss, from this week’s sale.

GrabTrackMania Turbo – 50% off – £15.00

TrackMania Turbo arrived on the scene back in March of this year, delivering a fast-paced smooth arcade racing game that just hooked us in with the ‘one more go’ feeling. Our review pointed out that it did have load time issues, and completionists would find achieving the Gold medals rather difficult. Ultimately though, many gamers were shocked at the original price point, which is why the huge discount makes this addictive racer even more appealing to the masses.

Go grab it, and we’ll see you in a few months to find out how much of an addict you’ve become!

GrabAssassin’s Creed Syndicate Gold Edition – 60% off – £22.00

Although it’s a rarity for us to suggest spending over twenty quid on a single game, those times are reserved for offers as worthwhile as this one. Take a trip to Victorian London as you take on the roles of Evie and Jacob Frye, with their ultimate goal being to kill all the Templars. Everything about it made for a fantastic experience, which earned Assassin’s Creed Syndicate an impressive four and a half star rating. In this Gold Edition there’s a whopping ten hours of extra content to get stuck into, with Jack the Ripper DLC campaign being a real highlight.

TempterTom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege – 40% off – £17.99

We can’t think of a more tactical shooter in recent times than Rainbow Six Siege, and if you’re interested in getting involved in a team-focused FPS then this could be the one for you. The incredibly intelligent A.I. will really put your skills to the test during hostage extractions and terrorist hunts. But we didn’t think much use came from going solo, you need a decent bunch of pals to get the most out of Rainbow Six Siege with its wonderfully designed maps allowing for teamwork to prevail.

We’ll let you decide whether or not to spend some cash on this; it all depends on how well you can play with others. It’s worth noting that the Gold Edition containing the Season Pass is also on sale, however, the discount isn’t as good sadly.
