8-Bit Armies – 21st September – Xbox One
The 8-Bit real-time strategy series kicks off with 8-Bit Armies and aims to provide accessible gameplay mechanics as well as plenty of fun, all presented in a blocky voxel art style. Building a base containing the likes of barracks, power plants and turrets will be just as vital as commanding an army of infantry, tanks and helicopters. There are two campaigns to lead your armies to victory in, with a total of 40 single player missions available to complete. Those interested in the multiplayer aspect can venture into online skirmishes for up to eight players, whilst 12 co-op missions are also on offer for friends to tackle the A.I. together.
