avicii invector encore

At the back end of 2019 the incredible AVICII Invector released on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, delivering some of the iconic DJs legendary tunes to the gaming masses. It’s safe to say that it was a massive hit, but now it expands as two new DLC packs drop to deliver ten new tunes.

Available to purchase, download and add in to your AVICII Invector experience this very minute are the TIM Track Pack and Magma Track Pack. Both are priced at £4.99, and both contain no less than five new tunes each. You don’t need us to tell you that that’s a cool quid per track.

If you’re a fan of what AVICII provided to the music scene, or are experiencing his tunes for the first time via the AVICII Invector medium, then these two DLC packs are surely must-have purchases.

As you would expect to hear from the name of the packs, the TIM Track Pack provides five additional tracks from the TIM album from 2019; a posthumous studio album that followed his death in 2018. It includes Bad Reputation, Freak, Heart Upon My Sleeve, Peace Of Mind and SOS, allowing you to embark on new journeys with these rattling around in the background.

Accompanying this pack is that of the Magma Track Pack. This sees us whisked off to a whole new Magma world, before bringing together some of the most requested tunes from the AVICII back catalogue. Those tunes? How do Trouble, Sunshine, Addicted to You, My Feelings for You and Seek Bromance, sound? Good, eh!

In order to get either of these packs added into your game you’ll need to have the absolutely stunning base experience in place. Our full review of AVICII Invector on Xbox One will explain exactly why you need that in your life, and once it is in place the usual digital stores will sort you out with these expansions. The Xbox Store is our favourite. And if you haven’t got the base game but want to go all-in, the AVICII Invector Encore Edition for £24.99 will sort you out.

Let us know in the comments if you decide to pick them up. And if you do, which of the tunes stands out the most to you?

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
