We’ve already heard about how a number of new games were set to arrive in Xbox Game Pass throughout July 2019, but now there are another set for us to worry about, with more free games being sent the way of Xbox Game Pass subscribers.

The likes of Middle-earth: Shadow of War, My Time at Portia and Dead Rising 4 have all already been added to the Xbox Game Pass line-up this month, but hot on those heels are 6 new games that will no doubt be highly appealing.

Dropping from the 17th July 2019 onward, the following titles hit home.

  • 17th July – Night Call (PC and Ultimate)
  • 18th July – Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (Console and Ultimate)
  • 18th July – The Banner Saga 3 (Console, PC, Ultimate)
  • 25th July – For the King (Console, PC, Ultimate)
  • 25th July – Killer Instinct Definitive Edition (Console, PC, Ultimate)
  • 25th July – Resident Evil 4 (Console, Ultimate)

Of course, to get access to these at no addition cost you’ll have to be an Xbox Game Pass subscriber, or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber. But from there on out, you’re pretty much good to roll with full access to each of the games listed above for as long as they stay in the system, and you continue paying up with that monthly sub.

Xbox Game Pass has come a long way since first inception back in 2017, going from the nearly man to a must-have hero, providing access to all manner of games on a consistent basis to Xbox One gamers across the globe.

You may not agree with the whole subscription based model of gaming that it has ushered in, but there is no doubt that if you are a gamer, this is a brilliant way of getting access to titles that you may otherwise never have had the opportunity to spend time with.

Anyways, let us know what you think about the latest additions to the Xbox Game Pass service for the month of July 2019 by dropping into the comments section below. We’d love to hear from you.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
